All three of St Neots Hockey Club's men's sides recorded big wins with clean sheets in a series of dominating team performances.
The men's 1s started things off, winning 3-0 at home to Cambridge Nomads 2s and extending their unbeaten run to nine games.
Saints flew out of the traps, instantly putting the Nomads under pressure, and created numerous chances throughout the game.
Harry Pybus and Dave Martin put the 1s 2-0 up at halftime before leading scorer Phil McMorris fired in his twentieth goal of the season and the final goal of he game.
The results means the Saints stay second in the league ahead of their game against Cambridge South 3s, the last team to beat them.
Both the 2s and 3s then beat Kettering sides, who were below them in the league 4-0, to move further from the drop zone.
The women's sides didn't fair as well though, with all sides losing against strong opposition before the 3s drew with the 4s in a close affair on Sunday (February 5).
The Saints mixed team then rounded things off with an impressive 3-2 win in the next round of the England Hockey Tier 2 Mixed Championships when they travelled to Towcester.
