A service of thanksgiving was held in Huntingdon on Sunday night on the eve of the Queen's funeral.
The mayor of Huntingdon, Cllr David Landon Cole, representatives from Huntingdonshire District Council, and members of the public attended the event at All Saints Church on Huntingdon Market Square.
The service took place at 6pm, and then at 8pm, a national moment of reflection was held on the Square, and the mayor led this at the spot adjacent to where the floral tributes have been laid at the side of the town hall.
Huntingdon Town Council has said the flag on the Town Hall roof will return to full mast on September 20, and those on the balcony will be removed.
Cllr Landon Cole and the deputy mayor Audrey McAdam participated in the ceremonial removal of the floral tributes.
The flowers will be taken away to be composted, and a tree will be planted in honour of the Queen.
In churches, such as in St Neots and Eaton Socon, the muffles on the clappers of bells will be removed following the state funeral, with the death of the sovereign the only time when the clappers can be fully muffled.
