The Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla was a joyous occasion on May 6 and our programming reflected the memorable occasion and we hope that you were able to have been part of that.
HCR104fm relies very much on our volunteers who give up their valuable time to be a part of the station but we also rely on local businesses for part of our income.
We are always on the lookout for sponsors for our shows and if you would like more information please email: sales@hcrfm.co.uk for more information.
This month, we’d like to focus on our spotlight arts and entertainment magazine show show that can be heard every Friday evening at 8pm.
It features local artists, bands and entertainers and there’s a ‘gig guide’, keeping you up to date with where to hear local live music and events.
Perhaps you are part of a local band or you are a singer known locally but want to make yourself more widely know in the community - if so please do contact the show at spotlight@hcrfm.co.uk.
Recent guests have included George Kelly of the St Neots Players, talking about their latest production Dial M for Murder that will take place at The Priory Centre, in St Neots from May 18-20.
Singer Jo Ash was another recent guest and she performed live in the studio.
Martin West presents, assisted by producers Melanie and Matthew and between them, they have many years of commitment to the station and would love to hear from you.
How do you listen to us? Remember that there are so many ways! As your local radio station, we not only broadcast on FM in Huntingdon and the surrounding area, but also on DAB in Cambridge, online and your smart speaker.
