Hinchingbrooke School and Swavesey Village College have secured memorable victories in the Cambridgeshire Schools County Cup Finals after three tight, exciting matches.
Three school cup finals took place back-to-back at St Ives Town Football Club on May 11, making for an exciting finale following the knock-out cup format where each school had to progress through a minimum of three rounds.
The finals "lived up to the hype", with Hinchingbrooke kicking things off by defeating King's Ely 4-2 to claim the under 12s title, having come back from 2-0 down early in the second half.
