Winhills Primary Academy and St Ivo Academy have reached the national finals of NFL UK's FLAG Football competition after winning the regional tournament in Huntingdonshire.
Ten primary and four secondary schools met at the Hunts School Sports Partnership's (HSSP) and NFL UK's Huntingdonshire Regional FLAG Football tournament in St Ives on May 15.
In the Years 9-10 girls competition, Longsands Academy in St Neots prevailed by defeating St Ivos' girls side in the final.

Winhills won the Years 5-6 title, and St Ivo won the mixed Years 7-8 title, meaning both schools have qualified for the national finals at Loughborough, where the overall winner will head to the US as team GB.
The HSSP partnership manager Doug Finlayson said: "Congratulations to Winhills Eagles, St Ivo Colts, and Longsands Giants (Y9/10 Girls) who came out as overall event champions.
"Winhills Primary Academy put in amazing performances throughout the tournament, and as a school new to the programme this year, they were definitely the underdog in both the semi-final and final, overcoming strong NFL FLAG schools."
"The Eagles and Colts will now go through to the national finals at Loughborough University at the end of June; we wish them good luck!"

FLAG football is a non-contact version of American Football, and schools that entered the regional tournament could choose an NFL franchise to represent.
NFL UK provided schools with the opportunity to attend teacher training at the beginning of the academic year so they could return to school to teach the rules within PE or as an extra-curricular club, ready for the competition.
Each team showcased their knowledge and understanding of the rules through the round-robin format competition, which allowed all schools to play at least three matches.
Doug added: "As the event progressed, the children became more confident with the rules and further excelled."
The competition then culminated with the top four placed school progressing to the semi-finals before finishing with three finals won by Winhills, St Ivo and Longsands.
