A Huntingdon-based technology company has donated £37,220 to a charity that supports children, young people and families.

In one year, staff at Xaar raised £18,610, and the company matched the amount, bringing the total to £37,220.

Xaar Group UK employees based in Huntingdon, Cambridge, Kettering, and Hemel Hempstead, participated in several fundraising activities, including golf days, running half-marathons, sweepstakes, cake sales, a sponsored silence, and the Three Peaks Challenge.

Break, based in East Anglia, was chosen as Xaar's charity partner and has been a key element of the Group's Sustainability Roadmap, which defines the business's commitment to two of the company's four sustainability pillars, people and local community.
