A car flipped onto its roof after being involved in a collision with a stationary vehicle in Ramsey this morning (Friday, July 7). 

Cambridgeshire Police say they were called at 11:05am with reports of a collision in High Street, Ramsey. 

A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said: “We were called at 11.05am today (July 7) with reports of a collision in High Street, Ramsey. 

 “A car flipped onto its roof after being involved in a collision with a stationary vehicle. 

“Officers and paramedics attended the scene.” 

The spokesperson added that the woman who was driving the car was injured but managed to get out of the vehicle and that further details of her injuries are unclear. 

The road has been closed while recovery of the vehicle takes place.
