A man has been banned from entering Huntingdon town and green spaces following his anti-social behaviour.
Filip Stula, 38, of no fixed address, was given the five-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) at Cambridge Crown Court.
The CBO states he must not:
Enter Huntingdon (zoned at map B) except for prearranged appointments with a professional agency
Engage in behaviour which causes or is likely to cause someone harassment, alarm or distress to a person not of the same household at his home address
Engage in behaviour which causes or is likely to cause someone harassment, alarm or distress to a person not of the same household in a public place
Engage in behaviour which causes or is likely to cause someone harassment, alarm or distress to a person not of the same household at another’s home address
Stula was jailed for three years and four months in December 2022 after pleading guilty to assault, criminal damage and robbery.
After pushing his mum to the floor and hitting her over the head following a disagreement, he demanded £4 and threatened to kill her unless she handed over the money.
