Cambridgeshire Police evacuated a property and safely disposed of a suspicious device, thought to be a grenade after it was discovered in one of the flats.
Police were called to the property yesterday (July 27) on Mayfield Road, Huntingdon, and officers cordoned off the building and evacuated residents from neighbouring flats as a precaution.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal team attended and safely disposed of the item, which turned out to be a practice device.
