A St Neots fitness coach has raised more than £2,200 by holding a 24-hour charity bootcamp in memory of her brother.
Abi Black, who started Absolute Storm Fitness a year ago, ran 24 60-minute sessions at the weekend to raise money for two causes close to her heart: Mind UK and Ethlers Danlos Support UK.
She said: "It went fantastically well. It was such a supported and well-attended event.
"We had so many people come by to cheer us on throughout the 24 hours.
"The smallest class was four people and the largest hit 25, which was the very last session at 9.15am on Sunday morning.
"That is also my largest ever bootcamp, which is amazing."
She added that the group "has gone from nothing to over 35 members.
"We train at the local Priory Park and the group is amazing. We all help and support each other.
"Many of us struggle with mental health and the outdoor training is amazing in that respect.
"I just wish more people would realise the benefits of getting outdoors and moving about. It would make everyone much happier."
