A new micro-pub from the award-winning team behind the 'UK's best independent beer and cider shop' opened in Huntingdonshire over the weekend.
The Snug welcomed members of the public to its St Ives home for the first time on Saturday.
The mico-pub is a prohibition-style speakeasy that offers beers, wines and cocktails in a new indoor space.
"The launch weekend was fantastic," said Matthew Kelly who co-owns The Snug with his brother and business partner Sam Kelly.
"Our customers said that it was such a breath of fresh air to finally see a truly independent pub opening in the town," he added.
The Snug, which is open again this Friday from 5pm, is the brainchild of the owner of The Filling Station St Ives, which was crowned the best independent beer and cider shop in the UK at the Drinks Retailing Awards 2023.
The Snug is located at 3 Free Church Passage, St Ives, PE27 5AY.
