A discount retail chain has announced the opening date of its new Huntingdon store.
B&M Retail is moving into the vacant Wilko unit in the town centre.
A spokesperson for B&M said: "I can confirm that there will be a new store opening at St Germain Walk, Huntington, on Friday, March 22."
Huntingdon First confirmed that B&M would be moving into the old Wilko unit in Huntingdon town centre.
A spokesperson for Huntingdon First also confirmed that retailers B&M had begun working on the unit on January 16.
Huntingdon town centre shoppers will have to wait just over two months for the the new store to open.
The opening date comes following the announcement that there will be another B&M opening in Cambridgeshire.
A B&M will be moving into the former Wilko building on Market Street in Ely.
The Ely B&M has a closer opening date than the Huntingdon branch, with the East Cambridgeshire store set to open its doors on March 7.
