Work on the first half of a new £13m business park in Huntingdon has been completed, and logistics-giant, DHL, has already decided to move into the unit.
GMI Construction Group, who have been working on the new business park, hit the milestone six weeks ahead of schedule.
Work began on the development in the summer of 2023, after the 10 acres of land was acquired from St John's College.
Lightning Park, which is a Trebor Developments' business park, is a mile away from the centre of Huntingdon, and sits just off of the A1(M).
DHL have signed a long-term lease for the 126,689 square foot unit at Lightning Park and have already moved in.

The second unit, which will be 32,200 square feet, is due to be completed within the next few weeks.
There is also a third, smaller unit which is 32,638 square feet.
This unit has been named 'Lightning 32', and is completed and available for immediate leasing.
