Students from Ernulf Academy in St Neots and St Peter's School in Huntingdon, visited RAF Alconbury as part of a mentorship program.
The visit, which was hosted by Cambridgeshire Police officers based in Huntingdon, was part of the ongoing mentorship program facilitated by the 423rd Air Base Group of the United States Air Force.
The 49 students got to visit different parts of the base, as well as learn about military jobs and watch equipment demonstrations.
A spokesperson for Policing Huntingdonshire said: "We wanted to inspire these young minds, letting them know that to have a great future, it's about working hard and grabbing opportunities today."
