Emergency crews attended an incident in Yelling on March 5, after an uninsured driver crashed into a tree.
The crash happened in the afternoon on the High Street.
Cambridgeshire Police officers, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, and East of England Ambulance Service responders were all at the scene.
The passenger in the car was taken to hospital and his injuries are not thought to be serious.
The driver has been reported for driving without insurance.
