Matt Hyde, a former Cub from Ramsey, will step down from his role as Chief Executive of Scouts to become Chief Executive at the Lloyds Bank Foundation.
Matt has been the Chief Executive of Scouts for 11 years and has had a long history with the organisation.
He became a Cub at a young age, following in the footsteps of his older twin brothers, Jeremy and Christopher.
Matt's father, Richard, was the Chairman of the 1st Ramsey Scout Group.
He was also awarded an OBE in the New Year's Honours List in 2019.
On leaving his role in the Scouts, Matt said: "I want to thank, and pay tribute to, the many volunteers and staff I have worked with at Scouts over the past 11 years.
"It's been a huge privilege to play a part in helping hundreds of thousands of young people gain skills for life over that time.
"Scouts is an incredible movement with amazing people who I will miss greatly."
Matt moves into his new role at the Lloyd's Bank Foundation in September 2024.
