Huntingdon Ramblers are celebrating an incredible 50 years walking in the countryside.
The rambling group will celebrate their milestone anniversary in July this year, however, they're not entirely certain if it's the correct month or year to celebrate.
Recent research that the group conducted showed them the names of Huntingdon Ramblers from no later than 1974, so there may well have been countryside wanderers way before then.
To guarantee a bit of sunshine, the 200-strong group have decided to celebrate the 50 years in July, but many special events will take place throughout the year.
The group is hosting a London walk in May and a nature walk with Dr Pat Doody around Portholme Meadow in June.
Another exciting event in June is a "Boots 'n' Boat" trip along the River Great Ouse.
Each weekend the ramblers attract 20 or so people to take on a longer walk, and they also run short evening walks during the week in the summer months.
Over the course of a year, 21 of the weekend walks have been around 7.5 miles.
23 walks have reached 10 miles, and 15 have covered more than 10 miles.
The ramblers tend to walk away from urban areas, and try and make all of their routes circular.
They welcome newcomers who would like to try a free trial ramble, but appropriate footwear and clothing is a must.
On their walks they also stop for a picnic lunch, so food and drink is also advised.
