St Ives Rotary Club has successfully fundraised £2,000 for crucial boardwalk renovations on Holt Island.
The club initially managed to gather £1,000, before obtaining a matching grant from the Rotary Foundation.
"The ageing, deteriorated timber will be replaced with a durable fibre grid plastic system, ensuring longer-lasting utility, said Fiona Stocker from the club.
Club members have also started assisting the replacement works in progress, showing their continued support for the preservation of this local asset.
