Animals at the Woodgreen charity have been selected to feature in a photoshoot for a major furniture company.
IKEA UK has teamed up with Woodgreen for a photoshoot to show off IKEA's first ever pet range, UTSÅDD.
The "Cat-alogue and Dog-alogue" features some of the many pets that are currently being looked after by Woodgreen while they wait for their forever homes.
IKEA teamed up with Woodgreen to support the charity and showcase some of the loving animals.
The UTSÅDD range has 29 pieces, all developed around eating, sleeping, playing and hiding.
Following the photoshoot, all of the furniture in the pictures was donated to Woodgreen to be used in their rehoming centre.
In 2023, Woodgreen saw a 62 per cent increase in abandoned pets, as well as a 253 per cent year-on-year increase in people looking to give up their pets for financial reasons.
8,821 animals were helped by the charity last year, and IKEA hopes to keep supporting Woodgreen and raise this number.
Fiona Cooke, Head of Specialist Services at Woodgreen said: "We’re absolutely delighted to be partnering with IKEA to raise awareness of what we do, and celebrate rescue pets of all shapes and sizes!"
