Work is now underway to improve a community skatepark after funding was secured by a local project group.
Revamp the Ramp, which is ran by Sam Curtin and Chris Hatch, is a St Neots-based community group which has been fundraising to renovate the local skatepark.
Funding has been secured for the project, and the pair had an exciting update to give recently, as they confirmed that work has officially begun to 'Revamp the Ramp' at St Neots Skatepark.
Ground work has started on the street course at the park, which will fix the problems caused by roots from the trees.
A light upgrade is also imminent at the skatepark.

Sam and Chris thanked Huntingdonshire District Council for starting the work in the park.
The duo have also advised all skatepark users to respect the workers and their equipment, as they don't want anyone to get hurt or for equipment to get damaged.
