A famous TV chef is coming to Cambridgeshire on the quest for a very specific vegetable in his latest TV show.
Tom Kerridge Cooks Britain will be on ITV 1 in the evening on July 4, so you can tune in before the General Election coverage kicks off.
In Thursday's episode, Tom Kerridge comes to the Fens on the hunt for a beetroot.
While he's there, he visits one of the biggest farms in the country to learn all about how they get beetroot shipped off to customers while it's still as fresh as possible.
After that, Tom cooks up a summer beetroot and pearl barley salad.

He then ventures down to Kent in his 1950s food truck on the hunt for apples. Tom will then cook up the ultimate crumble with the fruit he finds.
Tom Kerridge Cooks Britain will be on ITV 1 at 8:30pm until 9pm. Another series will be on straight after, called Douglas is Cancelled.
From 9:50pm until 6am, the General Election coverage will be on our screens.
