A Huntingdonshire restaurant may lose its licence as a review has been ordered by the Home Office.
In June, three people were arrested at Kaaizan's, an Indian restaurant at Longsands in St Neots, by Immigration Enforcement officers.
Now, the Home Office has submitted an application for Huntingdonshire District Council to review the restaurant's premises licence on the grounds of the prevention of crime and disorder.
A premises licence permits one of more "licensable activities" to take place on the premises, which may include selling alcohol, providing entertainment or opening for late night refreshments.

The council received the request on July 4. A consultation is now being held and representations in respect of the consultation can be put to the council by August 1.
Representations can be sent to: licensing@huntingdonshire.gov.uk
