A St Ives pub that is renowned for its "excellent" food has closed its kitchen.
The Oliver Cromwell in Wellington Street said they "tried everything but, financially, it just isn't working".
In a social media post, the team said: "Thank you, everyone, for all your support over the last five years, especially all our wonderful staff members.
"Some good news, though - the bar remains open! We hope to see you all for a drink very soon!"
Customers soon took to social media to express their sadness at the move, with one regular describing the closure as a "crazy loss" for the town.
Prior to the closure, the pub boasted four menus, all featuring a range of meat and vegetarian options.
A main menu offered a number of pub classics including burgers, fish and chips and even pad Thai, while 'Wings Wednesday' featured a choice of five different sauces for chicken wings or 'cauliflower wings'.
In addition to 11 different tapas dishes, including Spanish tortilla and Thai mussels, a "rib night" Thursday menu featured three different types of sauces.
The Sunday menu boasted a variety of roast dinner dishes, including Sirloin of Beef and Sous Vide Gammon.
Another customer said: "I am so sorry to hear this, you have the best menu in St Ives, I am sorry we did not eat there enough. Good luck to you."
The Oliver Cromwell opens between 4pm and 11pm, Monday to Thursday; between 12pm and 3pm, then between 6pm and 9pm, on Fridays; between 12pm and 9pm on Saturdays, and from 12pm until 11pm on Sundays.
