July saw two murderers living in Cambridgeshire receive life sentences for their crimes.
Several domestic abusers have also been put behind bars in the county.

Peejay Carlyle-Parker
Peejay Carlyle-Parker, 36, was jailed this month after he attacked his partner while driving.
He was driving himself, his partner and a one-year-old child when him and his partner began arguing. Carlyle-Parker verbally abused his partner, slapped her round the face and hit her head off the dashboard.
The Wisbech man was sentenced to 18 months in prison on July 11 and has been banned from driving for a further 18 months too.
Robert Hammond
Robert Hammond, of Histon, has been jailed for life for the murder of his wife, Sian Hammond.
The 46-year-old killed his wife to cash out on her life insurance so he could pay off his spiralling debts.
He was found guilty by a unanimous jury verdict, and will serve a minimum of 24 years in prison for the murder.
Margaret Walker
Margaret Walker, 38, is a prolific Peterborough criminal with more than 40 convictions to her name.
She was recently sentenced to two years and seven months in prison after admitting to being in possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
Walker was found out by police after a strip search revealed 28 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin in her bra.
Graeme Clark
Graeme Clark, a 43-year-old from St Ives, was jailed this month for stalking a woman in Lancashire.
He paid the woman £10,000 to keep in contact with him, and began harassing her through fake social media accounts. His victim bravely came forward to the police, which saw Clark get arrested.
He was handed a two year and four month prison sentence for stalking and is also subject to a restraining order.
Anthony Campbell
A man from Glasgow has been jailed for causing serious injury to another driver on the A47 at Guyhirn.
Anthony Campbell, 55, was behind the wheel of a Scania lorry when he crashed into another car, leaving two people hospitalised. At the scene of the crash he failed a drugs wipe and was arrested.
It emerged that Campbell had an illegal level of Cannabis in his blood at the time of the crash, and he'll now spend two years in prison as a result.
Anne-Marie Burrowes
Anne-Marie Burrowes, 52, has been jailed for life for the murder of her friend, Paul Knowles.
Burrowes, from Peterborough, assaulted Paul Knowles and shoved a sock down his throat to kill him.
She has been jailed for life and will serve a minimum of 17 years for the murder.
Murtaza Syed
Murtaza Syed, from Peterborough, stopped his wife from leaving her home unaccompanied for two years.
The 47-year-old made her take lie detector tests, took away her phone, and examined her body for any marks indicating adultery.
As a result, he has been jailed for two years and six months in jail for coercive control.
Dillon Farrar
Dillon Farrar, a 20-year-old from Fletton, has been handed a four year jail sentence after he was found in possession of cocaine, heroin, cannabis and a Rambo knife.
When officers caught Farrar he tried to get away from them - however, it only resulted in him being sprayed with PAVA, an incapacitant spray.
He's also been given six penalty points on his driving licence for riding an e-scooter without insurance.
