National Highways has confirmed that there will be road closures in place this week while work continues at the Black Cat roundabout.
This week (July 29), there will be two road closures in place while construction works continue on the A428 from the Black Cat roundabout to Caxton Gibbet.

Road closures in place this week
The A1198 Ermine Street South between the Stay Inn Hotel and the Caxton Gibbet roundabout will be closed overnight from Monday, July 29 until Friday, August 2 from 8pm - 5am.
The A1 northbound from Sandy to the Black Cat roundabout will be closed overnight from 9pm on Monday, July 29 until 5am on Tuesday, July 30.
A spokesperson for National Highways said: "Please plan your journeys accordingly and allow extra travel time."
