Four people were taken to hospital after a crash in Huntingdon in the early hours of this morning (August 2).
At around 12:47am today, two vehicles were involved in a crash on Brampton Road.
Emergency services were at the scene, including Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service and the East of England Ambulance Service.
One individual was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital with serious injuries, while three others were taken to Peterborough City Hospital.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 12.47am to a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Brampton Road in Huntingdon.
"Three ambulances, an ambulance officer vehicle and a rapid response vehicle from the Magpas Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.
"One patient was transported to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with serious injuries, while three other patients were taken to Peterborough City Hospital."
Two Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Huntingdon and St Ives were also dispatched to the scene. They used specialist equipment to release a casualty.
The fire crews had returned to their stations by 2:10am.
