Buckfest 2024 was the 'biggest and best yet' according to organisers, with a near sell-out crowd of over 2,500 people attending the festival in Buckden on Saturday July 27.
More than 20 bands performed across three stages, with one of the UK's premier Queen tribute bands 'Don't Stop Queen Now' headlining the event.
Buckfest is a non-profit event which raises money for local charities and good causes, over £100,000 has been donated by the festival to date.
The beneficiaries of this year's festival are the Angels Foundation UK, 3 Pillars Feeding the Homeless and Hunts Community Cancer Network.
The festival's now legendary Buckfest letters were re-made by St Neots Man Cave who also had a pop-up mental health hub at the event.
Organiser Rick Holden said: "We are really proud to be able to support such fantastic local organisations - not just financially, but by enabling them to have a presence at the event to provide advice and offer support to local residents who find themselves living in difficult times.
"We are also hugely grateful to all of our sponsors and Friends of Buckfest, without their support we couldn’t make Buckfest the amazing event that it is and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts."
Buckfest was supported by around 100 volunteers who worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the festival.
Nicky Warnock, organiser, said: “This year was a massive success and a large part of that is because of the amazing support from our volunteers who went above and beyond to make sure that Buckfest 2024 was fun, safe and totally amazing.
"We couldn’t do it without them and, on behalf of the committee, we would like to say the biggest of thank yous to all of our volunteers."
Buckfest 2025 will be held on Saturday July 26. Tickets will go on sale in April 2025.
