The family of a man killed in a crash on the A428 have paid tribute to their "loving husband" and "brilliant dad".
Ian Burgess, 64, of Barford Road in Blunham, Bedfordshire, was killed after the car he was driving on the A248 was involved in a crash with a HGV and a Ford Laika on August 12.
Mr Burgess' family said in a statement that he was a, "loving husband and soul mate to Paula, brilliant dad to Lana, Jack and Rhona and amazing papa to Isla, Autumn, Oscar and May
"We are a heartbroken family to lose him, and our lives won't be as good without him."
Emergency services attended the scene following the crash and Ian was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, where he died in the morning of August 13.
The driver of the HGV, a 53-year-old man from Doncaster, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
