Students up and down the country are celebrating today (August 22) as they collect their hotly-anticipated GCSE results. 

Whether you're celebrating incredibly results or revelling in the prospect of never having to touch a textbook again, companies are offering plenty of discounts for students to take advantage of. 

As results day draws to a close, here's what freebies are on offer.  

Nando's

Students can bag themselves a free ¼ chicken or starter at Nando’s this results day.

To qualify for the offer, you'll need to visit a restaurant and spend £7 and eat in.

You’ll need to bring your ID and your GCSE results, either via email or printout.

Bella Italia

Bella Italia is offering a mouth-watering 30 per cent off for students on results day. 

Students and guests (up to six people) can claim the offer but valid exam results must be shown with the voucher code when placing the order to receive the discount.

TGI Friday's 

Students can get 24 per cent off their food bill at TGI Friday restaurants this results day. 

To claim the discount, you’ll need to display a copy of your results as well as prove your Stripes Rewards membership.

Las Iguanas

To celebrate results day, Las Iguanas is offering students a free portion of nachos. 

To claim the offer you'll need to show your GCSE results certificate.

The free nachos can be claimed by students until August 31 and every table that claims the offer will receive 40% off their next visit when they register on the app.
