The team at St Neots Man Cave have had the chance to celebrate two years of supporting men's mental health in the town.

The Man Cave has been a place for men to help each other and talk about their mental health, as well as take on projects to improve their wellbeing.

It began in 2022 and has seen several projects come to life since then, with some members choosing to collaborate on their work and others starting their own.

Cavers have built benches, bird boxes and a shed over the past two years.

At the open day more than 50 guests were brought inside the Man Cave to have a tour and chat with regular Cavers about how the space benefits them.

The day also saw several organisations thanked for their fundraising efforts for the Man Cave in the past.

A recycled bench was also unveiled at the open day to remember the life of a member that passed away at the end of 2023, and a vase turned in oak was given to his widow.

Buckfest committee members were also treated to an unveiling of a new shed which was built with funds raised at Buckfest 2023.

The Cavers got the opportunity to display their work as well, including refurbished bicycles, bird boxes, Christmas trees and a trike, which was recently renovated for Buckden C of E Primary School.

The St Neots Man Cave host regular sessions on Tuesdays from 9am until 1pm, and Thursdays from 1pm until 5pm.

The Man Cave is at The Steve van de Kerkhove Building on Cemetery Lane.
