Armed police were called to a property in Ramsey after reports of a man with a knife yesterday (August 29).
Cambridgeshire police said they were called to a property at 4.45pm yesterday with reports of a man knocking on a door armed with a knife in Malting Yard, Ramsey.
A spokesperson for the force added: "Armed officers attended the scene and a 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
"He remains in police custody. This is believed to be an isolated incident."
