Travellers have set up an unauthorised encampment on Ramsey Road, St Ives, this morning (Friday).
The camp has settled on land opposite Westfield Junior School, by the junction of Paragon Road.
Police say they were called at around 11am and are currently at the scene.
St Ives Town Council has confirmed it owns the land and that police and bailiffs have been called.
