Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an attempted robbery.
A man entered the Fenstanton Post Office, in Rookery Place, armed with what appeared to be a handgun at just before 9pm on Thursday September 12.
He pointed the weapon at the cashier behind the counter and then towards the till and signalled for her to empty it.
The victim, a woman in her 20s, managed to shut the till and run to the back of the premises. No items were taken.
