A new juice bar offering a 'range of freshly pressed and seasonal juices' is set to open in a Huntingdonshire town this weekend.
The Juice Hatch in St Ives will serve smoothies from its opening menu when it opens at a time to be confirmed later in September.
Established by Matt Kelly, it be open between the hours of 8am until 12pm at the Abbey Retail Park.
The bar will be based at the Filling Station, a popular craft beer taproom and bottle shop founded by the publican.
Mr Kelly also launched the Snug Micro Pub in October 2023, which remains the smallest pub in Cambridgeshire.
The speakeasy-styled pub is located in Free Church Passage and has quickly become a very popular spot for local residents, offering a range of bees from local and independent breweries.

Mr Kelly said he had been designing the "juice bar" concept for "some time" and believes there is a "gap in the market."
He told The Hunts Post: "I've been working up the juice bar concept for some time now, it's an idea I've had for years and started working on it a couple of months ago.
"There's a real gap because no one is really doing healthy, fresh juices in the area, and there's a lot of customers that want it.
"There are a lot of juice bar concepts out there at a larger level because people want healthier alternatives to fizzy drinks.
"Our juices have a range of different ingredients from carrots and celery all the way through to you classic apple, banana and strawberry flavours."
Mr Kelly said the opening menu will feature five exciting blends which customers can order using a "pull-in bay".
He added: "You can simply park outside and grab your juice from the hatch. It's a really convenient process.
"The smoothies we have on offer are 'The Detox Green, 'The Tanquil-izer, 'The Happy Juice', 'The Flu Fighter' and 'The Turbo Tonic'."
