The first headliner has been announced for the 2025 edition of at TK Maxx Presents Bedford Summer Sessions.
Famed for hits like 'Don’t You (Forget About Me)', Simple Minds will perform under a big top tent at Bedford Park on Thursday July 3.
The band have had six number one albums and chart-topping success in countries including Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Australia and New Zealand.
As well as selling over 60 million records, the group has seen three studio albums - ‘Sparkle In The Rain,’ ‘Once Upon A Time,’ and ‘Street Fighting Years’ - hit No.1 in the UK.
They have also headlined stadiums worldwide, starred at Live Aid, and played shows in honour of Nelson Mandela.
The festival will take place under the Big Top Tent, promising an unbeatable live music experience come rain or shine.
The gig follows the success of this year’s debut Bedford Summer Sessions, which featured headliners such as Avril Lavigne, Tom Jones, Nile Rodgers & CHIC.
