The A1198 will be closed once again while National Highways continues its work upgrading the A428.
Ermine Street South, between Papworth Everard and Caxton Gibbet, will be shut overnight for two weeks while work takes place at the Caxton Gibbet junction.
The construction team will be carrying out essential utility diversions and the installation of a temporary safety barrier.
In order to do the work, the A1198 will be shut overnight at the following times:
- Monday, October 14 to Saturday, October 19 from 8pm to 6am
- Monday, October 21 to Saturday, October 26 from 8pm to 6am
The road will be open during daytime hours, and a diversion route will be in place.
Traffic will be instructed to ago along the A428 towards St Neots before taking the B1040 St Ives road, and re-joining the A1198. It will take approximately five minutes.
