Here is the weekly planning roundup for Huntingdonshire District Council for the week beginning November 4.
Various tree works are in progress, including the felling of a Scots Pine at 21 Needingworth Road, St Ives (ref.24/02064/TRCA).
Another application involves the felling and replacement of a Magnolia tree, as well as the removal and replacement of other trees at The Palms, London Road, St Ives (ref.24/02057/TRCA).
At All Saints Church, High Street, Offord Cluny, plans are underway to reduce a Yew tree away from the church by 1.5m and the remaining crown by 2m (ref.24/02063/TRCA).
In terms of green space management, How Gardens, Houghton Road, St Ives has two ongoing applications related to the discharge of obligations.These relate to planning permission 19/02280/FUL, which was varied by planning permission 21/02079/S73 (refs.24/02060/S106OB and 24/02059/S106OB).
Tree work is also taking place at 7 Meadow Close, Hemingford Grey, where a Walnut tree is being lifted to 5m above ground level (ref.24/02045/TRCA).
A Conifer tree is being removed to ground level, including the stump, at 11 Whytefield Road, Ramsey (ref.24/02049/TRCA).
At Kates Cabin Cafe, Great North Road, Chesterton, two conditions of planning permission 23/00876/FUL are being discharged.
These include details of the EV charging canopy (ref.24/80383/COND) and the Construction Traffic Management Plan (ref.24/80382/COND).
Lastly, at 74 Blenheim Way, Yaxley, an Ash tree is undergoing a crown reduction by 3m to maintain its size due to its proximity to houses (ref.24/02036/TREE).
All applications are currently in progress and were received and validated this week.
