Huntingdon Drama Club is set to stage its final show of the 80th Anniversary Season next month.
The production, Richard Brinsley Sheridan's The School For Scandal, will be performed at The Commemoration Hall.
The play is celebrated for its witty dialogue and sharp satire, exploring themes of gossip and social pretensions in high society.
A cast of 20 actors, including some newcomers to the club, will bring the story to life.
The narrative revolves around wealthy Uncle Oliver, who, upon returning from the Indies, must decide whether to bestow his fortune on morally upright Joseph or wastrel Charles.

Lady Sneerwell, a scheming socialite, and Sir Peter Teazle, a man trapped in an unhappy marriage to a much younger woman, further complicate the plot.
The School For Scandal will run from November 27 to 30 at 7.30pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.
Tickets can be purchased at huntingdondramaclub.com and at The Commemoration Hall's Visitor Centre, cash only.
This production marks the third and final show of the drama club's anniversary season.
