Pizza lovers in Ramsey will not have long to wait until the opening date of a new Domino's in their town.
The leading pizza takeaway has confirmed that a store in Great Whyte, Ramsey, will open on Monday, November 25.
A spokesperson for Domino's confirmed that on opening day, a ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 11am where people can meet the team and try some pizza.
The store will also be giving out free personal pizzas with golden postcards, as well as a free cookie with every collection order during opening week.
it will be open 11am-11pm every day, and the store is currently recruiting roles. They are hiring shift managers, pizza-maker and delivery drivers.
At a Huntingdonshire District Council Planning Committee meeting in July, the council approved a planning application for the store.
Ramsey Town Council had objected to the plans over concerns that a chain would take away opportunities for family businesses to open up in the town.
They were also concerned over parking provisions in the town if a takeaway was to be opened up.
