Almost 100 men faced stormy conditions to attend a health fair.
The event, organised by the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, was aimed specifically at male staff from Peterborough City Hospital, Hinchingbrooke Hospital and Stamford and Rutland Hospital.
It provided an opportunity for men to receive free health and wellbeing advice.
The informal and relaxed setting of the fair in Sawtry allowed staff, along with their male family members and friends, to gain important advice and information.
The event offered free health checks on various topics including prostate cancer, cholesterol and blood sugar tests, healthy eating, smoking cessation, alcohol reduction, mental health, wellbeing, male breast cancer, bowel screening and more.
The Health Outreach Bus, courtesy of the Peterborough Light Project, was also present at the event.
Jyoti Shah MBE, trust Macmillan consultant urological surgeon, and her team provided a packed programme of free prostate health checks.
Miss Shah said: “A lot of men like to bury their head in the sand when it comes to their health.
"They are often too busy to go to their doctor or to access the relevant services.
"Staging community events like this encourages men to come along and get checked and be informed in a much more relaxed environment."
Local businesses TR Scaffolding, Vogal Group, and Ck4 Construction sponsored the event, allowing visitors to receive goodie bags and enjoy complimentary self-care from barber Matt Rodwell.
The men's staff network chair, Chris Howard, said: “We were really keen to put on event just for our male staff, and ‘Movember’ seemed like the perfect time.
"Our various teams around the Trust came together to bring their wealth of expertise to over 70 male staff and other visitors.
"Men’s Health is an important topic, and watch this space as similar events could be happening in 2025.”
