St Ives Rangers Football Club under sevens Black Sox team have finished their season in style by comfortably defeating Godmanchester Town in their cup competition to lift the trophy.
The Black Sox had to navigate five knockout matches before facing up against Godmanchester at the Ramsey Colts football ground on May 20.
The win caps a stellar year for the under sevens Black Sox side, who have had a "wonderful" first full season together, losing just one of their 30 matches in both the league and cup competitions.
