A teenage boxer has secured a gold medal at an international tournament.
Sixteen-year-old Tobias Taylor, who boxes for New Saints Boxing Club in St Neots, represented England Juniors at the BOXAM International Tournament in Alicante, Spain.
The England team faced tough competition from top young boxers around the world but returned home with impressive results, earning ten gold medals, two silvers, and a bronze from the 16 representatives.
Tobias excelled in the 80kg final against Alex Baladze from Georgia, winning the match decisively when the referee stopped the contest midway through the second round.

Using a clever strategy against the taller Baladze, Tobias made his opponent miss several times before delivering powerful counterpunches.
This victory marks the end of Tobias's time in the Junior category.
He now prepares to step up to the Youth category, which involves longer rounds and a wider age allowance.
His next significant challenge will be the National Youth Championships, commencing in January.
