Huntingdon Piranhas Swimming Club triumphed at the Newmarket Novice Gala.
The competitive event, featuring 42 timed swimming races, was hosted at Newmarket Leisure Centre and saw Huntingdon Piranhas go head-to-head with March Marlins, Newmarket and District Swimming Club, and Deben Swimming Club.
Despite the stiff competition, Huntingdon Piranhas secured first place with a total of 189 points.
Remarkably, the team clinched first position in 19 events, and second and third place in 10 and six events, respectively.
The night concluded with a thrilling 4x25m Parents Relay, which was also won by Huntingdon, creating a celebratory atmosphere for the entire club.

New and experienced swimmers alike displayed commendable team spirit, contributing to the club's overall victory.
The team captains were present to collect the winning plaque.
The club extended its gratitude to all participants for their contributions to the successful event.
